Position Summary:
Halff has immediate openings for a Senior Project Manager /Senior Design Engineer in our Austin Transportation Practice. The ideal candidate will bring DOT roadway design experience. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.
Experience should include leading roadway design projects, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of transportation design projects for DOT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil, public works or transportation project delivery
- TxDOT experience and a P.E. license in the State of TX is a plus
- Ability to lead a project, and supervise technical staff on roadway design projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player and a person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success.
