A worldwide producer of industrial mixing, blending and size reduction equipment, we have an immediate opening for a Design Engineer.
BSME with a minimum of 5-10 years of industrial equipment design experience. Capable of independent project organization and management from concept through production and inspection. Perform complex design investigation and analysis for new and existing machines. Integration of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control components for a complete system. Troubleshoot and implement design modifications to continuously improve product performance, safety, reliability and cost effective production.
Proficient with AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Mechanical Desktop) drawings (SolidWorks a plus). Willing to provide all details for accurate manufacturing in a timely basis. Integrity of work with a keen attention to detail maintaining continuity between drawings and inventory BOM structure. Inventory BOM/product structure system knowledge a must. Varied computer skills consisting of Word, Excel etc. necessary.
Support and broad interaction with Sales, Manufacturing and Customer Service to provide complete Engineering information flow is essential.
