SENIOR* STRUCTURAL ENGINEER*
Position Location: Springfield, IL, Peoria, IL or St. Louis, MO

This position will provide an opportunity to work on conventional and moderate to complex structural projects. This is a new position for an exceptional individual ready to begin the next stage of their professional career within CMT.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from an accredited university
- 5-15 years related structural engineering experience with a strong emphasis in the design of buildings, industrial, and/or environmental structures.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong communication, technical, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, flexibility to adjust as project workload demands change, and the ability to work independently
- Proficient with various structural design and analysis software
- Licensed Illinois or Missouri Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Licensed Illinois Structural Engineer preferred
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience in evaluating existing structures, determining rehabilitation required, and estimating cost of rehabilitation
- Experience working in the field performing construction observation and/or inspection
- Experience and/or desire to mentor and train young engineers
