Position Type: Civil Design Engineer
Salary Range: 65 to 85K
Location: Lehigh Valley Office – Allentown, PA,
Delaware Valley Office – Lansdale, PA
Center City Office – Philadelphia, PA
Overview:A/E firm seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer with strong AutoCAD, with civil/survey software & communication skills. Position involves design and preparation of land development designs for commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D design/drafting for the preparation of site plans and conceptual layouts
- Commercial site and subdivision Plan Preparation
- Grading
- Storm water management
- Utility design
- Regulatory permitting
- Zoning review
- Site visits
- Meetings with municipal professionals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (EIT or PE Preferred)
- 3-4 years of residential and/or commercial site design and permitting experience
- Effective written and communication skills
- Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred)
- Knowledge of the planning and zoning process
- Self starter who can work independently and with team members
- Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
