Engineering Manager: Design heavy equipment, manufacturing processes and documentation.

We would enjoy talking to you if you have the enthusiasm for heavy equipment, strong hands on mechanical aptitude and project management skills.
You will work alongside knowledgeable technicians and fabricators that design, manufacture, and troubleshoot heavy machinery. Lead your department in effectively manufacturing the product from concept to completion in a timely manner and play a key role in supporting the production teams.
- Preferred Professional Engineer licensed in Ohio or the ability to obtain licensing in Ohio
- BSME and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficient in Solidworks and understanding of industry drafting standards
- Familiarity with heavy equipment, welding and knowledge of mobile hydraulics
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish and working in a team environment
- Highly detail oriented with regard to drawings and documentation
- Analytical problem solving skills along with solid communication and technical writing skills
- Proficient with the entire Microsoft Suite, concentrating on Excel
