C&W Technologies is an established, fast-growing MSP based in Stuart, FL, with clients throughout North, Central, and South Florida. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join our innovative, collaborative team.

What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within SLAs
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, training, and support to clients
- Perform software installs and updates
- Maintain accurate client network documentation
- Set up and configure PCs, printers, peripherals and networking equipment
- Assist junior engineers with escalation items
- Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, and related equipment
Skills You’ll Need:
- 4+ years experience providing technical support to end users in a business environment
- Experience with SLAs, ability to change tasks rapidly and manage interruptions gracefully
- Strong experience with hardware, software, Windows OS, routing, switching, and networking topology/configuration at the desktop level
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server products and DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills to drive tasks to completion
- Strong positive mentality and willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills
- Industry Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco are a big plus
- Willingness to pass a minimum of two agreed upon exams annually
