Description
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in West Chester, OH! The ideal candidate will design, test, and evaluate electronic devices used in industrial environments. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in circuit design, PCB layout and routing, and testing of complex electrical assemblies. Primary Responsibilities:
- Design electronics suitable for industrial control and safety applications.
- Be able to ideate and create electronic solutions to technical challenges.
- Schematic capture for digital and analog circuits.
- PCB layout and routing.
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers
- Testing and design verification of electronic designs.
- Troubleshoot prototype hardware and firmware.
Qualifications
- Circuit design using Altium Designer
- Intrinsically safe circuit design IEC 60079-11
- Embedded firmware programming for Microchip and/or Atmel microcontrollers
- Programming with some type of RTOS
- Develop wireless electronics
- Designing high power electronics
- Mobile app development
- IOT/Cloud backend solutions
- Git version control system
- Solidworks
- Labview
