Assistant Systems Engineer
BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND KOREAN ONLY!
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an equivalent degree, and/or experience required.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND KOREAN .
- Candidate must be a self-starter and work well in a process-oriented team environment.
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality.
Duty:
- Server installation, repair, o/s installation and maintenance.
- Linux/Windows server management and troubleshooting.
- Cisco/Fortinet firewall, router, IPS, Access Point management.
- Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information; researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques; recommending solutions; resolving design integration issues; developing specifications and safety standards; performing installations.
- Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; entering data and generating reports and presentations; performing calculations.
- Assists clients, fellow technicians, and service personnel in the installation, training and support of software, hardware, and related 3rd party peripheral components, including but not limited to: file servers, commercial grade workstations, networking switches, NICs, monitors, KVMs, and radio equipment.
- Responds promptly to client needs; troubleshoots problems to clear issue and develops solutions in a timely manner.
- Interacts with technical team to understand issues with database querying, log file analysis, error correlation, scripting, and data analysis.
- Compelling detail orientation with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving, while following up until issues are resolved.
- 24x7 Shift base on-call duty for urgent service interruption issue(very rare).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
