We are currently seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer ― PE to join our growing team. This full-time position will ideally suit a candidate who is a licensed Civil Engineer with one to five years of relevant experience.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven record of client relationship management and ability to market services;
- Design skills in a variety of private development projects, including site layout, grading and earthwork, utilities and streets;
- Ability to manage projects to meet and exceed client requirements, expectations, and goals;
- Experience in project entitlements and permitting with governmental and regulatory agencies;
- Ability to accurately achieve design and project targets in accordance with contractual requirements, and Loucks’ procedures and standards;
- Proven level of professionalism and ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems and challenges;
- Ambition to grow professionally and personally in civil engineering field;
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D;
- Civil Engineering degree and current Professional Engineering License;
- Relevant, applicable industry experience. Salary DOQ.
