Stryker is hiring a Design Quality Engineer (Hybrid) in Fremont, CA, supporting Neurovascular! As a Design Quality Engineer, you will work with a team passionate about providing superior quality products to patients and customers.
Stryker’s Neurovascular (NV) division is focused on advancing the practice of less invasive stroke therapies through its Complete Stroke Care Solutions. Our team is dedicated to providing best-in-class solutions for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke care, education, and clinical support.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid. This role requires reasonable proximity to our Stryker facility in Fremont, CA. You should be comfortable working 3-days onsite.

What you will do:
Develops qualification plans, protocols, and reports, for existing products, new products, subassemblies, and parts.
Implements testing and inspection methodology.
In accordance with risk management, design control, and quality procedures, the engineer plans, writes protocols, and provides reports.
Perform failure analyses and defect investigations.
Analyzes and recommends revisions of specifications and processes.
Participates in team projects and completes assignments.
Other duties as assigned.
What you need:
Required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or biomedical Engineering preferred.
0-2 years’ experience in engineering preferred.
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrated use of problem-solving tools/methodologies
Understanding of Med Device concepts preferred
